Hubdoc is a data capture tool which extracts key data from documents, then stores the documents for later and can even create transactions in your Xero file.
You can email bills and receipts straight into your Hubdoc organisation or use the mobile app to upload a photo. Hubdoc is included in the price of all Xero plans from Starter and up.
